Hi, I’m Courtney, DNP, AGNP-C, and I founded Cura to bring compassionate, personalized care to people across Missouri. With a background in integrative and functional medicine, I’ve spent years helping patients get to the root of what’s holding them back—whether it’s stubborn weight, hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, or simply not feeling like themselves.
Before Cura, I worked extensively in the integrative health space, supporting patients through medical weight loss programs, hormone optimization, and holistic wellness strategies that actually work. My approach isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about helping you feel empowered, informed, and back in control of your health.
